Why have 94 % of the Danes stated they are satisfied with their working conditions?
What kind of conditions define job satisfaction at all? According to HRI’s Job satisfaction index it is based on factors like sense of purpose at work, influence, good managers and colleagues – efficient teamwork indicates well-being at the workplace as well, besides achievements and professional development.
High rate of the mentioned factors indicates higher job satisfaction and better work-life balance as according to the research they do have in Denmark.
No wonder why Danes have a proper word for happiness at work: arbejdsglæde.
